About the Appointment

Wellness isn't linear and your massage shouldn't be either!  Our custom therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of modalities or techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, reflexology, myofascial release, stretching, range of motion, hot stones, cupping, and/or Energy Healing/Reiki to arrive at a treatment that is totally individualized to each client and reflects the uniqueness of each therapist. Your session(s) will begin with a brief check-in and combination of treatments may be used to tailor the massage towards your personal preferences and specific needs.
