500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Bethany is passionate about bringing healing and oneness to the world through teaching.As a former preschool teacher, Bethany has a unique perspective on working with several ages and diverse needs. Her 14 years in early childhood education brought out her inner child and through a journey of healing and self love, led her to a personal yoga practice. After practicing for years, she decided to take her yogi path further by becoming a certified yoga instructor.Bethany’s 200 and 300 hour yoga instructor and Master Level Reiki training (Energetic Healing) were completed at the prestigious Heartwood Yoga Institute in 2020-2021. Bethany is a 500 hour registered yoga instructor with four years of teaching experience.Bethany believes in accessible yoga practices for all bodies, shapes, sizes, ages, and provides modifications/props for students.Bethany specializes in meditative Hatha style yoga with certifications in Yin, Restorative, Chair, Aerial, Aqua, and Kid’s yoga. Her focus is on the rhythm and flow of the mind, body, and spirit connection.Bethany’s training in End-of-Life Doula work (2024) also brings a keen sense of compassion and trauma informed energy/language to her teaching style.Her long term goals involve reaching towards becoming a Yoga Therapist.Bethany seeks to share her gifts with others by planting seeds of love to grow through self-care and community collaboration.
