Patricia found yoga later in life while seeking non-surgical relief from chronic back pain. As her practice grew, she found she was having far less pain. She also fell in love with the benefits of meditation and pranayama. She has tremendous gratitude for the amazing benefits yoga has brought to her own life and is glad to share these benefits with her students. Patricia believes a strong body and calm brain will make your life better and longer. She promotes safety, kindness to ourselves and kindness toward others.
