Our Flow yoga classes are based on Vinyasa yoga (translates to “flowing with breath”) which is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga joining physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. The Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences with a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Each instructor brings their own style and energy so give everyone a try! All levels welcome!
