About the Class

Whether you are a beginner, an advanced Yogi or healing from an injury, this class is perfect for you. This class is a gentle alignment based Flow mixed in will be lots of deep floor stretching to help soothe and heal the back, hips, and spine.  We will focus on on moving mindfully, keeping safe alignment by utilizing blocks and other props, and providing relief from physical discomfort. This hour long class will decompress your body, and your mind, while providing you with rejuvenating energy.
