About the Class

All Levels Vinyasa Flow is a creative and dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical yoga postures. Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm. Although all levels are welcome, a reasonable level of fitness/mobility is required.  This class is an amazing way to experience the full spectrum of vinyasa yoga in one all-encompassing class. All Levels Vinyasa Flow is a traditional Vinyasa yoga class that features numerous modifications to make the practice accessible for yogis of all levels. This is a non-heated class.

Special Instructions

STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING A YOGA MAT AND WATER TO DRINK. SNACKS MAY BE ENJOYED IN THE LOUGE AREA WITH GREAT ENTHUSIASM! BLOCKS AND BOLSTERS ARE WELCOMED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
