About the Class

(75 Minutes, Non-Heated Room) Mellow Flow Yoga is a slow-pace flow class incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening yoga movements which are performed in a non-heated room. It is a great yoga for beginners and also seasoned practitioners looking to slow down and move with awareness. Calling attention to breath will help to calm the mind, and enables the student to move deeper into the stretches. A gentle-flow yoga style helps to rid the body of stress-related angst, release tension, calm the nervous system, gain clearer thinking, and even restore an overall sense of balance to the body, the mind and the soul.  Suitable for all levels and abilities. 

Special Instructions

A mat is required for the class. Students are ecouraged to bring any blocks, bolsters, blankets or straps they feel they may use in their class for additional usage. The Novel Coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. By registering to attend this class, you agree to the following: You understand the above and affirm that you, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above WITHIN THE LAST 14 DAYS. You affirm that you, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS. You affirm that you, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS. You affirm that you, as well as all household members, have not traveled outside of the country, or to any city considered to be a “hot spot” for COVID-19 infections WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS.
