A slower approach to flow, with most postures being held 5 to 10 breathes, giving the body time to open. The principles of the postures; balance, flexibility, and breathwork are all presented in a clear and concise manner. This class provides the environment to adjust and adapt asanas to the participants' needs of the day. Props will be offered to support YOUR practice. The diverse series of postures and practices are experienced in a way that will allow everyone to find benefit in movement, breath patterns, and mindfulness. Guided meditations of various disciplines are incorporated into the class.
