About the Class

A slower Hatha flow, giving the body time to open. The principles of the postures; balance, flexibility, and breathwork are all presented and provides the environment to adjust and adapt asanas to the participants' needs of the day. Props will be offered to support your practice. The diverse series of postures and practices are experienced in a way that will allow everyone to find benefit in movement, breath patterns, and mindfulness. Sound healing is the final resolve during meditation.
