Done completely on the floor utilizing a multitude of props, it is more active than a traditional restorative class. This slow and mindful approach incorporates yin postures to open and stretch the physical body, provides a reset for the nervous system, releases stored tension, and provides a renewal of energy. Guided meditations or sound healing may be incorporated into the class. Suitable for all levels.
