Hot Yoga

About the Class

All levels, hot vinyasa yoga.  NO PREBOOKING, JUST SHOW UP! Please bring a yoga mat, large towel, and water to class. We also rent yoga mats ($3) and large towels ($7).  Doors open 25 minutes before the start of class. Please be on time as we lock the lobby door once class starts. For safety, instructors will not open the front door again until class has ended.
