Class Overview This Hatha Yoga class is designed to cultivate a deep connection between body, breath, and mind. In each session, we consciously link movement with breath, creating a steady, mindful flow that supports mental clarity, inner awareness, and a sense of calm presence. Class Focus Each class includes a balanced sequence of asanas (postures) that develop stability, strength, and mobility. We will explore how to safely engage the bandhas—intelligent muscle groups in the upper and lower body—to support proper alignment and protect the muscular and skeletal systems. Through mindful breathing, we will also tune into the energetic qualities of each posture, building sensitivity to the subtle sensations that arise during practice. Closing Practice Every class concludes with guided relaxation techniques and meditation, allowing the body to integrate the practice and the mind to settle into stillness.
