About the Class

Using light-weight resistance, high-intensity cardio, and yoga-inspired floor exercises, this class will teach you how to move your body more efficiently while keeping your alignment in focus...all in under an hour! Expect the instructor to take you through a powered-up vinyasa flow filled with movements and supplementary exercises that will build your strength and increase your alignment. Hand weights and other props available in studio. Suitable for beginners.

Special Instructions

This class uses traditional weight-training movements and exercises, and hand weights are avaible from 5 - 10 pounds. 1-2 pound ankle/wrist weights are also available for purchase before or after class. Please use caution if you are new to weight-training and select an appropriate amount of weight based on your current strength levels. Bring water to be sure you stay hydrated.
