Brief description of training and phases
Training is a hybrid and every month will rotate  with in-studio and virtual options. 

Phase 1 
Meditation Log
Pranayama, Yoga Ethics, Yamas & Niyamas, Mythology, Philosophy, Symbolism, Culture of Yoga, History of Yoga, Sanskrit root, Meditation and Mindfulness.

Phase 2
Home Practice Log
Anatomy- Muscle and tissue-Spine and Skeletal- Brain
Mechanics and Safety
Pranayama, Mantras, Bandhas, Asana, Drishti, Sequencing, Cueing, Mudras, Prop placement
Yoga practices, Niche, Yin & Yang style

Phase 3
Observation Log
Special population, Restorative, Privates, Workshop & Retreats
Pre-natal, Seniors, Trauma sensitive, Children, Accessibility & Advanced cueing

Phase 4
Teaching Log
Holding Space, voice, music, mindfulness
Teacher Student Boundaries

Thursdays 5:30pm-8:30pm
Fridays 5:30pm-8:30pm
Saturdays 9:30am-5:00pm
Sundays 10:30am-4:00pm
Guest speakers and teachers will be announced at Orientation
You will need 2 spiral notebooks and 2 folders with pockets. 
You will be expected to log your meditation, home yoga practice, class observation and your teachings during your training. 
When your training is In-studio, You may bring snacks, drinks, lunch, yoga props, journals. There will be 15 min breaks through out training days. 

If you miss more than 30 hours of training you will be dismissed from the program and invited back the following year. Any less hours missed virtually or in-studio will need to be made up before the end of training to receive your certificate of completion. Please speak with Adrienne privately to make necessary arrangements.

Cancel 90-120 days prior to program receive full refund
