This class offers a yoga sequence that links breath with movement but in a warm room. Move fluidly through a strong Vinyasa practice at your own pace and the rhythm of your own breath. Modifications are offered throughout the class so students may increase or decrease the intensity of the class depending on their abilities and personal practice. Our instructor will guide you through a series of asanas, or postures, that will build stamina, increase strength and improve stability, as well as providing a safe environment to practice finding mental and emotional calm while being challenged by the flowing movement from one posture to the next.
