Floating Bliss: Restorative Aerial and Grounded Sound Bath invites you to unwind in either a supportive aerial hammock or a cozy mat setting. Experience the soothing effects of a gentle restorative practice, complemented by a calming sound bath that promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation. A perfect opportunity to connect with your inner calm.  This reservation is for floor space on a yoga mat (not in an aerial hammock). Please see other event for hammock reservations.
