Just Breathe Yoga strives to increase awareness
and the knowledge of yoga by making yoga accessible to everyone,
through a variety of yoga styles for beginners and more advanced
yoga students. We emphasize proper alignment and offer classes with
specific goals in mind, whether it is stress reduction, relaxation,
or to get fit and build muscle. 
​We believe that
yoga enlivens the best in each of us, nourishes the roots of our
wellbeing, and empowers us to care for the lives around us.
