Hot Fusion is a 90 min hot yoga class, heated to 105 degrees with Humidity. This Fusion class is a set sequence based on the Bikram 26/2. This class focuses heavily on discipline and alignment. We move and breathe together so the expectation is to follow the teacher's instructions not only for safety but to build a strong foundation.
For all Hot Yoga Classes, it is important to start to hydrate at least 24 hours prior to class. Do not eat 3 hours before class. Students are welcome to bring water into class but it is important to only take small sips of water.
