About the Class

Hot Power Yoga is designed specifically to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. The poses are challenging, and you move from one pose to the next quickly. This practice builds strength, cultivates balance, & improves flexibility. Modifications are offered as well as options for more advanced practitioners. This is not a beginner's level class. This class is done in the Inferred heat in 110 degree room. Please bring a water and hand towel.
