Yoga Sculpt is a yoga, pilates, HITT, barre and strength training fusion class. This class is sure to deepen your yoga practice by allowing longer holds in powerful poses, increasing your strength by adding weights, and increasing your cardiovascular fitness all at the same time. Each class will end with a few minutes of relaxation, which allows you receive all the benefits of yoga and fitness, combined! This is a challenging class and might not be suitable for beginners. Barre socks are required for this class.
