We'll break down essential poses like Chaturanga, Downward Dog, and the Warrior postures- focusing on alignment, breath, and movement that makes sense for your body. Expect hands-on guidance, mindful flow, and a few “Aha!” moments along the way. Beginners will get the solid foundation they need, while seasoned yogis will refine and deepen their practice.
