About the Class

This class is designed to bring you into balance of mind, body and spirit. You will move gently with your breath through a sequence of simple asanas (poses), and hold them briefly to build strength and flexibility. We will move at a slower pace and various options will be given.  This is an all-levels class perfect for beginners and experienced yogis.  Guidance will be provided to adjust or deepen poses, if desired.
