Mind Over Middle School (6-8th grade)

About the Class

This class is specially designed for Middle school kids in grades 6-8th and between 10-13 years old.  The class will consist of yoga for their mind and body - covering  breath, mindfulness, and movement. The last 10min will be dedicated to a group chat about whatever the kids want to discuss. They can share openly in a safe space about social media, body image, friends etc.  Middle school and high school transitions are hard, with many pressures for our young ones. We want them to know they are not alone, and provide them with self-care tools they can use to manage their stress and emotions.

Special Instructions

Kids can bring their own mats, but we'll have house mats they can use.
