About the Class

A combined practice of Yin/Yang energy!   This class incorporates slowly-guided, intentional flow (to move energy and create strength & warmth), along with long-held Yin shapes (to release tension and lengthen tissues).    This is also an opportunity to practice intentional breathing and mindfulness. A wonderful way to balance yourself!
