This class is designed to bring your body, mind and spirit into balance, and it's great for all experience levels. This Vinyasa flow will move you through a series of postures linking movement with breath. There will be opportunities to challenge yourself, followed by a period of stretch, release and rest. You may leave class with a balanced feeling of invigoration and peace in your mind, body, and spirit.
