NOTE: The heat is maintained at 85* for this class. This class is a 60-minute warm power flow. You will be led through a series of asanas (postures) connecting breath with body movement - creating a practice that is truly a moving meditation. The approach will be different depending on the teacher, some guiding a slower pace to create muscle strength, while others guide at a faster pace to increase heartrate. Some teachers may also incorporate elements of Universal Yoga, Bikram yoga, Ashtanga, or Baptiste Power as an influence within their flows. You will have space to practice just as you are, with no expectation or judgment, and leave stronger both mentally and physically. The warm room is not unbearable, and helps to facilitate a gentle sweat as you move your energy. Water cooler and towels are provided.
