Yoga Nidra, also known as 'yogic sleep', takes the practitioner on an awareness journey into different states of consciousness. This allows the body to receive sleep, dreaming and deep healing. This journey is one of looking inward, with as little effort as possible. The practitioner’s goal is to stay awake, while the body falls asleep. You'll rest comfortably on a nest of soft blankets, with pillows and other props to support you, while you are guided into a total release of the mind. If you suffer from any physical, mental or emotional struggle-this practice could be for you.
No need for your yoga mat, just wear comfortable clothing (pajamas are okay!)
