It's been a week! Time to slow down, take an hour for yourself, and bask in the glory of a beautiful Saturday morning! This class will always be relaxing, but never boring--some days, you might enjoy a Gentle Yoga practice; some days might focus on Yin... while other days will be focused on wavy slow flows with long, delicious holds in your favorite poses. This is a softer, less intense yoga practice (and also perfect for those who are new to yoga). You'll unwind, release tension in your muscles, and stretch out those sticky spots. You'll leave class feeling more “zen” than when you arrived... and ever-so-gently invigorated and stretched out. Ah, bliss.
Please bring a water bottle and mat (if you don't have a mat, not to worry--we have plenty!) Enjoy your class!
