Crossroads Yoga
I have always been intuitive and introspective, but yoga helped me start managing the frustrations, disappointments and every day stresses in life from a stronger foundation. I am grateful everytime my barefeet touch my mat and it brings me joy to be able to align my body, mind and spirit as I breathe, move and meditate. I hope to help others find their yoga joy! When I leave the world I want to feel like I did it all - everything I ever wanted to do! Whichis probably why I have so many things I love to do.
