WARM HEAT - This class gives our members a traditional flow with extended relaxation time (savasana). Often the sequence can be repetitive, giving space for those who want to explore the progression of asanas (poses). Enjoy the dynamics of creatively linking poses through guided breathing exercises. Room can be heated up to 95 degrees. All classes include our complimentary quiet space, “THE NEST” and showering amenities.
Please bring your own personal mat and water bottle. REMINDER: The cancellation window closes 2 hours before the start of practice. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $15 fee. This is nonrefundable.
