I first met Liz through my former workplace, where one of my leaders intentionally carved out time for our team to incorporate mindfulness into our daily practice. About once a month, we would attend yoga with Liz, and the things she taught us truly stuck with me. Two years later, one of my former colleagues and I decided to stay connected by intentionally making time to pour back into ourselves. When we thought about what that could look like, one of the first people who came to mind was Liz and her studio. Coming back to practice with her independently felt like a natural choice. Liz is knowledgeable, fun, energetic, and just an all-around great instructor to be around. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow, and there’s never any pressure or expectation to be perfect. She encourages you to try and challenge yourself while also reminding you to listen to your body and only do what feels right for you. That makes the experience welcoming regardless of where you are in your yoga practice. The overall experience at Serendipity Yoga & Wellness is just as positive. Booking is easy through the user-friendly website, classes start and end on time as indicated when booking, prices are affordable, and classes aren’t overcrowded. The studio is clean and welcoming, and materials are available if you happen to forget something. The location is also a nice bonus. There are great food and coffee options nearby, so my former colleague and I have been able to make yoga part of a larger experience—taking some intentional time to slow down, reconnect, and pour back into ourselves. I would absolutely recommend Liz to anyone looking to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into their life, whether individually, with family, or as a team. She’s professional, approachable, and creates the kind of experience that stays with you long after the class ends. Two years later, we found our way back to her—that probably says it best.
