Spend your morning with this themes vinyasa flow class. Each week will have a different focus for the class. Students will explore balancing poses, back bends, beginner inversions, strength building and a deeper connection with yourself. Dive further into the asana practice with a better understanding of the poses, the physical and energetic alignment, chakras and drishti (focal points). Based on the room temperature and endurance this class is best suited for those who have a basic knowledhe of the poses. This is a 75 min class. Temperature 99-101.
