Vinyasa Flow style yoga class with an emphasis on creativity and alignment. Classes weave a unique sequence of sun salutations, standing & seated postures, back bending and inversions - guided by a steady breath to tone and calm the body and mind. This class is taught with music and is recommended for students with a regular yoga practice, however options are given and all levels are welcome. Vinyasa is simply movement with breath, flowing from one pose to another. namaste yogis!
