Formerly Known As Heat Yoga Sculpt: Strengthening Class is a holistic approach to dramatically increase strength throughout the whole body. Strengthening class uses multiple methods to help teach the body how to build strength through yoga bodyweight movements, calisthenics, plyometrics, and using time under tension to fatigue and build muscle to create a fun and challenging workout routine. From yogi squats to fiery core sequences, this class is not only about building strength, but will help you increase endurance, body control, and stamina. Heated to a temperature between 98-101 degrees. Although this class could be appropriate for a beginner who is already active, the class will be challenging and fast paced. This class is rated level 2 due to pace and endurance of class.
