The Inferno Hot Pilates class is a strong workout following the Tabata method, a form of interval training created by Dr. Izumi Tabata. This method is a high-interval training method characterized by short bursts of energy for 20 seconds and a10 second rest. We build strength and endurance on the day off from yoga. We use light weights, bands, and a pilates ball. This practice is performed in a heated room.
