Somatic Yoga is a mindful movement practice that emphasizes awareness of the body's internal sensations and the release of physical and emotional tension, It focuses onfeeling and sensing movements from the inside out, rather than on the outward appearance of poseses. It can be particularly helpful for individuls experiencing stress, emotional blockages, or phyiscal pain and tightness.This class combines elementsof somatic movement with tradional Hatha yoga postures, mindfulness, body awareness, and conscious breath for an overall sense of well-being. This class is available for all bodies. This class is NOT HEATED.
