About the Class
60 Minutes | 105° | All Levels, some experience required Join us for a traditional hot yoga class set to music! Your teacher will practice alongside you in the hot room. This class is not verbally instructed so we recommend that you've practiced at least one Smart 60 or Original 90 class before attending, or have some comfortability with 26+2 style hot yoga. Follow along as you stretch and move through the sequence you know and love!

This class is not verbally instructed so we recommend that you've practiced at least one Smart 60 or Original 90 class before attending, or have some comfortability with 26+2 style hot yoga. Follow along as you stretch and move through the sequence you know and love! ----- Pre-registration is recommended but not required for all in-studio classes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class. No late entry; doors close promptly at the start time of each session. Please bring a yoga mat, a large towel (standard bath towel works great), and a water bottle. We have water filling stations and bottled water for purchase ($3). You can also rent a mat ($3) or towel ($3) when you arrive. 105F is a cashless business. We accept all major credit/debit cards and contactless payments (Apple Pay & Google Pay). We provide free lockers at all four studios for your personal items. Consider bringing a change of clothes and a drip-proof bag for wet items after class.
