26+2 & BEYOND: A PROGRESSIVE WORKSHOP WEEKEND WITH GIANNA PURCELL This three-part progressive workshop series features a deep dive into the 26+2 original hot yoga sequence, a next level intermediate session, and an arm balance inversion class. This immersive experience will leave you feeling elevated, empowered & inspired -- on & off the mat! Cost: $45 per workshop (in advance) or $115 for all three workshops July 24th - 26+2 Original Hot Yoga Comprehensive Beginners Class (2 hours)4:30pm-6:30pm at 105F Lincoln Park Take a deep dive into the 26+2 during this two-hour comprehensive class. Gianna will guide you through the beginner's original hot yoga series with additional time spent on detailed explanations & posture breakdowns. You'll gain insight into proper alignment, technique & purpose behind each pose -- along with options for modifications. Whether you're new to the 26+2 or have been practicing this series for years, this workshop will strengthen your foundation & expand your perspective. July 25th - Next Level Intermediate Class (90 mins)2pm-3:30pm at 105F South Loop Building on the 26+2 original hot yoga beginners sequence, this dynamic 90-minute intermediate class introduces postures that bridge the gap between beginners & advanced practices. Gianna will draw from multiple yoga lineages to craft a sequence that varies each time, blending traditional hot yoga roots with creative movement & deeper expression. You'll explore transitions, strength-building holds & expanded shapes that challenge balance, focus & flexibility.   July 26th - Arm Balance Class (90 mins)1pm-2:30pm at 105F Wicker Park This all-levels arm balance workshop is designed for anyone curious about building a relationship with inversions. Together, we’ll explore the foundational skills needed to go upside down – whether you’re working toward handstands, forearm stands, or simply gaining confidence bearing weight on your hands. We’ll break down key techniques, including strength, alignment & body awareness & explore variations that support your journey at every stage & expression of each pose. You’ll also learn accessible drills & transitions to help you build a consistent, sustainable inversion practice & move toward your personal goals.
