Saturday, April 11th 1:00-2:30pm105F Lincoln Park (2736 N. Clark St.) Elevate your practice and build confidence in your standing series postures with Sarah T! This 90-minute intermediate workshop focuses on presence, stillness, and breath while helping you refine and deepen the standing series postures from the Original Hot Yoga (26+2) sequence.  You’ll be guided through the fundamentals of the OHY standing series postures while exploring accessible drills and exercises to help you progress toward more advanced versions of the postures. Expect intermediate variations of pranayama and salutes through Eagle, posture breakdowns from Standing Head-to-Knee through Toe Stand, and thoughtful guidance to help you focus, ground, and build strength. Perfect for all yoga enthusiasts familiar with the OHY series who are ready to challenge themselves and take their 26+2 practice to the next level. This class is included with your 105F class pack or membership, or you may drop in for $29.

No late entry; doors close promptly at the start time of each session. Please bring a yoga mat, a large towel (standard bath towel works great), and a water bottle. We have water filling stations and bottled water for purchase ($3). You can also rent a mat ($4) or towel ($4) when you arrive. We provide free lockers for your personal items. Consider bringing a change of clothes and a drip-proof bag for wet items after class. All purchases are a final sale. Sorry, no refunds.
