LET'S GO LIVE FOR THE MS SOCIETY 26+TUNES Donation Class with Live Music Led by Stacy Kaiser with special guests Paul Bolger and Mark Hague of Mr. Blotto Thursday, May 29th 8:15pm-9:15pm 105F Lincoln Park (2736A N. Clark St.) Join Stacy for a very special edition of 26+TUNES -- a donation-based class featuring live music to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Since 2012, Stacy has used the 26+2 hot yoga series as her most powerful tool for managing the symptoms of multiple sclerosis. When chronic neuropathy recently affected the sensation in her hands, music -- especially live music -- emerged as another deeply healing force in her life. So it’s no surprise that because of the combination of music and movement, 26+TUNES has become her favorite class. Her superpower in the face of chronic illness. In honor of Global MS Day, this special 26+TUNES donation class will feature live vocals and guitar by Paul Bolger and Mark Hague of Chicago’s very own Mr. Blotto. While there won’t be verbal instruction during class, each posture is performed twice, making it welcoming to both new and experienced yogis. Come move, breathe, and be inspired -- together, we’ll help Namaste the disease away. This class is donation-based, and all proceeds will go directly to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
