Vinyasa Yoga is great for seasoned yoga practitioners, who are looking for energetic and flowing sequences. Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes sequential movement through postures, coordinated with the breath, and sometimes offers opportunities for advanced poses like inversions or arm balances. Prior yoga experience strongly recommended. Please note: if this class is followed by a meditation class, there will be a 5 minute break between the yoga practice and the meditation practice.
