Viniyoga is a personalized, breath-centered approach rooted in the ancient Nātha yogi tradition and refined by Śrī Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar. Rather than fitting students into a preset style, Viniyoga adapts the tools of yoga—āsana, prāāyāma, meditation, chanting, and mindful study—to each individual’s needs, intentions, and stage of life. The breath serves as the guiding thread, helping students understand their inner condition and measure real change over time.
