About the Class

Each class will target the entire body, and includes sections of work done on the floor, and at the barre. Dynamic movement with light dumbbells, resistance bands, floor sliders, and mini exercise balls build strength and tone muscles. During the barre portion, we perform micromovements with pulses and holds that mimic ballet. The barre offers support, often making movements more accessible. This is an uptempo class that will leave you feeling energized and toned! Barre Express is 45 minutes long.

Special Instructions

Please bring a yoga mat. Class is performed barefoot or wearing sticky bottom socks, also known as Pilates or Yoga Socks.
