Vinyasa yoga classes aim to help students link breath to movement, and include sun salutations and creative flow sequencing. You may even get to try a new challenging pose! All levels are welcome, and Vinyasa builds up to a little more challenge than Slow Flow Yoga. The class format is similar to Slow Flow (better for beginners) because there will be a calming warm up, cool down, and savasana. The difference is that in the middle of class, the flow sequence may involve creative transitions and work up to a tempo of linking one breath with each movement. Modifications and challenges will be provided throughout. If this class time works better for you, please come. You might be surprised!
