Schedule a call with owner Katya, to talk though your medical diagnosis. Start Slow: This session is designed with gentle movements, but please listen to your body. If you experience any discomfort or pain, you can let Katya know and she will work iwth you to create a new path. Focus on Your Breath: Slow, deep breathing is an essential part of the practice. Focus on mindful breathing to help ease tension and promote relaxation. Hydrate and Rest: Drink plenty of water before and after the session, and allow time for rest between classes to support your body’s recovery. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and stretching.
