A trio group session includes you with your yoga buddies (total 3 individuals) and one of InnerJamsine's trained instructors. All sessions look different depending on your conversation with your instructor and your intention. As yoga is a lifestyle it encompasses how we engage in our world, interact with those within it, ourselves and develop an evolving practice, on and off our mat. A triol group sessions are scheduled based on your convenience, the studios availability and the instructors. It allows for more flexibility and opportunities to reschedule as needed. One on one sessions provide an opportunity to interact with your instructor throughout your session as well as guide each session focus depending on outside circumstances. As your goals evolve your practice and your session format will evolve with you. Trio group sessions can focus on asana's(poses) physical practice, breathing practices, yin (restorative) practice, as well as books or other trainings that could support your journey.
