KatiFlow® at InnerJasmine Yoga KatiFlow® is a unique and soulful approach to yoga, blending the strength of power yoga, vinyasa, Hatha, Universal Yoga, and other influences with the fluidity and grace of dance. Created by Katya and cultivated from years of training across multiple disciplines, this class weaves together breath and movement in seamless, choreographed sequences, allowing the body to move in unison with its natural rhythm. At the heart of KatiFlow® is the belief that the breath is the ultimate guide—transforming your practice into a moving meditation and a deeper expression of mindfulness. Each sequence is thoughtfully designed to cultivate balance, strength, and ease, creating a space where movement becomes an extension of breath and awareness. In alignment with InnerJasmine’s seasonal approach, our class intentions flow with the natural rhythms of the world: Spring – Mindfulness: Awakening presence and awareness.
