KatiFlow® Peak Flow is a unique and soulful approach to yoga that blends the strength of power yoga, vinyasa, Hatha, Universal Yoga, and the fluidity of dance-inspired movement. Created by Katya and cultivated from years of training across multiple disciplines, this practice weaves together breath and movement in seamless, choreographed sequences, allowing the body to move in unison with its natural rhythm. This class is intentionally designed to build toward a peak asana, using progressive sequencing to strengthen, open, and prepare the body for a deeper expression of a challenging posture while maintaining the foundational principles of breath, movement, and yogic philosophy. Each session focuses on a peak pose such as: Bird of Paradise (Svarga Dvijasana) – A powerful blend of balance, strength, and flexibility. Eight Angle Pose (Astavakrasana) – An arm balance that requires core activation, fluid control, and coordination. Fallen Triangle (Patita Tarasana) – A heart-opening shape that combines expansion with grounded stability. King Dancer (Natarajasana) – A graceful standing backbend embodying both power and surrender. Though the class has a physical intention, it never eliminates the primary goal of breath, movement, and yogic philosophy—instead, these foundational elements are woven into every sequence, ensuring that: The breath is always the guide – Transforming movement into a meditation. Movement remains an extension of awareness – Encouraging grace, fluidity, and presence. Yogic philosophy is honored – Creating a deeper connection to the self and the practice. Aligned with InnerJasmine’s seasonal approach, our class intentions flow with the natural rhythms of the world: Spring – Mindfulness: Awakening presence and awareness. Summer – Movement: Embracing energy and expansion. Fall – Nourishment: Grounding and replenishing. Winter – Rest: Honoring stillness and renewal. While all these elements are always at play, each finds its strength as the world around us transitions. KatiFlow® Peak Flow invites you to explore the harmony between structure and freedom, discipline and artistry, allowing your practice to become not just something you do, but something you feel, embody, and live. Whether you reach the full expression of the pose or simply explore its foundation, this class is about embracing the journey with grace, intention, and mindfulness.
