Awaken & Align is a 90-minute journey into the subtle body—guided through breath, movement, and intentional awareness. Each session is thoughtfully themed, exploring areas such as the chakras, grounding practices, or energetic ascension, all supported by a slow and steady rhythm. Rooted in traditional Hatha and Kriya yoga and inspired by energy-based techniques, this class weaves long-held postures, purposeful sequencing, philosophical insight, and immersive music to deepen your internal experience. Through breath, stillness, and mindful movement, you’ll awaken the body’s natural energetic flow and cultivate a profound sense of presence. It is perfect for all levels, especially those seeking conscious movement and a deeper dive into yoga’s energetic and spiritual dimensions.
To ensure that you can maximize the relaxing benefits of yoga in our studio, please note the following: Classes begin promptly at the time listed on the calendar. Doors will be locked once class begins. Please plan to arrive between 10-15 minutes before class starts. Bring your own yoga mat. Please stay home if you feel sick in any way (COVID-related or not). If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please deregister as soon as possible. You will not be able to deregister within 1 hour of the class start time. If you do not deregister, a class credit will be deducted from your account. If you are a Monthly Unlimited member and you do not deregister, you will be charged the drop-in rate of $28.
