Our Gentle class is a soft, nurturing practice designed for anyone seeking a slower pace and deep relaxation. With an emphasis on mindful movement, breath awareness, and supportive floor-based poses, this class is perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone craving a restorative experience. You’ll be guided through gentle stretches, supported postures, and calming breath techniques that soothe the nervous system and promote overall well-being. Leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and at ease.
To ensure that you can maximize the relaxing benefits of yoga in our studio, please note the following: Classes begin promptly at the time listed on the calendar. Doors will be locked once class begins. Please plan to arrive between 10-15 minutes before class starts. Bring your own yoga mat. Please stay home if you feel sick in any way (COVID-related or not). If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please deregister as soon as possible. You will not be able to deregister within 1 hour of the class start time. If you do not deregister, a class credit will be deducted from your account. If you are a Monthly Unlimited member and you do not deregister, you will be charged the drop-in rate of $28.
